  • What is the maximum capacity at your venue?
    250 Guests
  • Does the venue have A/C?
    Yes, we are a climate-controlled venue.
  • How long do we have the venue?
    Venue hours are dependent upon the package selection you choose. Please see our services page to view times!
  • May we bring our own decorations?
    Absolutely, but you are responsible for all clean up & removal of any decor items that are not provided by Ember Wood Events. Decorations must also meet decor guidelines.
  • Is there a place for the bride & groom to get ready?
    Yes, we offer both a bride & groom suite for you to get ready on your big day!
  • Is your venue handicap accessible?
    Yes, accept for our mezzanine space on our second level. The remaining 6,300 sq. ft. is handicap accessible!
  • Can I hire my own caterer?
    Yes, while we have a recommended vendor list, you are free to select a vendor of your choice!
  • Can I bring my own alcohol & bartenders?
    We have an in-house bar and require you to use our licensed bartending staff, no outside bartenders are allowed. We also offer different alcohol and beverage packages, which are available at additional cost.
  • Can I hire my own DJ?
    Yes!
  • Can we have our furry friends in our wedding?
    Pets are not allowed on the property without owner consent. Service animals are always welcome.
  • Do you allow candles?
    No, we do not allow open flames of any kind due to fire safety regulations.
  • Do you have ample parking?
    Yes, our parking can hold up to 100 vehicles.
  • Do you require a wedding day coordinator?
    We do not, but all of our packages include one! Our coordinator will be there to help guide your day, so you can sit back & enjoy it!
  • What is required to book a date?
    A partially refundable 50% deposit or one monthly payment is due at the time of booking to secure your date, along with a $1,000 refundable security deposit. Unless choosing a monthly payment option, the remainder will be split into 2 payments; 180 days & 30 days.
  • Is my reservation fee or security deposit refundable?
    Yes, your security deposit is 100% refundable, as long as all requirements in your contract our met at the end of your event.
  • Can I cancel my event?
    If an event is cancelled, you must notify Ember Wood Events immediately in writing or by email. Once canceled, you will be responsible for agreed upon liquidated damages as follows. Monthly payment option shall forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of each monthly payment paid up to the date Ember Wood Events was notified of the request to cancel. If you cancel the Event more than six (6) months prior to the Event, you will forfeit to Ember Wood Events fifty percent (50%) of initial deposit. If you cancel the Event less than six (6) months prior to the Event, you will forfeit to Ember Wood Events one hundred percent (100%) of the initial deposit.
  • How do I set up a time to tour the venue?
    Visit the "Book A Tour" tab on our site menu.
  • Do you have back up options for a rained on ceremony outdoors?
    Yes, we have weather contingency floor plans available!
  • Do you require us to have event insurance?
    No, Ember Wood has everything you need to insure your big day!
  • Do you offer security for our event?
    Yes, all events will have at least one security staff member on-site during your event.
